Repair works on Teras Conquest 1

Scaffolding and Vessel repair work onboard the Tera Conquest 1, a Singapore-registered 3-legged Jack-Up vessel working on the shores of Ghana. The scope of the work stretched across three phases and took about a month to complete. The job began with strictly observing Health and safety, Environment Quality, and Stood of Procedure. Tema Shipyard Ltd. & Tera Conquest 1 Singapore, clients for the job, were very impressed with the quality of work done and the time it took the Seaweld team to complete the job.

Phase II

  • Erection of the first hanging scaffold platform under the vessel
  • Gouging of the clamp and surface preparation
  • Erection of the second hanging platform on the jib crane’s boom

Phase III

  • Chipping and painting the crane boom
  • Dismantling of the scaffold platforms after the completion of all repair works
