HSE Policy

We aim to apply the best practices in Health, Safety, and Environment Management and give high priority to all aspects of its operations that relate to the health and safety of its employees and non-company personnel (clients, contractors, and visitors) affected by its business and the conservation of the physical environment. Seaweld will comply with all relevant Health and Safety legislation, including environmental impacts in its undertakings.

As a service provider to the Oil and Gas industry, our aim to implement a comprehensive environment and safety management system for all areas of its operation to meet the high standards required in the industry and would encourage its customers and clients to work towards similar objectives by:

  • Ensuring that environment, health, and safety issues related to all aspects of its business are addressed to meet a high-performance standard.
  • Pursuing a continuous improvement of performance to the best international practices and standards in all its operations through education, assessments, and audits.
  • Be fully prepared to respond to HSE emergencies and crises by implementing emergency procedures and evacuation plans in case of fire and other emergencies.
  • Providing adequate and appropriate resources is necessary to ensure compliance with the best environmental, health, and safety standards.
  • Seaweld will comply with all relevant environmental legislation and commit to reducing the environmental impacts of its undertakings. The company will also minimize waste by evaluating its operations.
  • Providing specific and appropriate training for all staff to ensure their competence.
  • Harnessing the concerns of employees in environmental, health, and safety issues and investigating incidents and accidents for a safer working environment.
  • To assign a responsible person for the environment, health, and safety management to inform and recommend actions on all operations relating to the environment, health, and safety issues.

We expect all employees and non-employees in its operational area to fulfill their part of these responsibilities by being alert at all times for any unsafe or unsatisfactory situations and ensuring directly or through others that they are eliminated. The policy shall be reviewed annually and as and when required.
